Working under the supervision of the Sous Chef, the Dishwasher position is a position where you will contribute your expertise to help achieve the restaurant’s objectives in cleanliness, sanitation, guest service, and satisfaction.

• Dishwashing (glassware, plates, silverware, pots, pans etc.).
• Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary.
• Sort and re-shelve clean dishes, keep kitchen organized.
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed.
• Janitorial (cleaning bathrooms, mop kitchen, vacuuming, light maintenance etc.).
• Miscellaneous deep cleaning as needed.
• Clean up spills and broken glassware immediately.

• Must have a positive attitude.
• Team players ONLY!
• Must love cleaning.
• Must be 18+ and able to work independently.
• Promote the culture, values, and mission of JOA Korean BBQ.

• Experience cleaning a commercial kitchen a plus.
• Ability to acquire a valid Texas Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hiring.
